Intended Use

The BMOIST powered eye warmer device is intended for providing localized heat in the eye area to relaxation. The device is not intended for therapeutic purpose.

How it works

BMOIST works solely heating the eyelids and is thus completely free from chemicals. The local heating is a physical mode of action based on a short (5 min.) application of heat (max. 45oC) to the eyelids, sufficient to trigger a response from the body to provide hydration of the eye.

Who should NOT use BMOIST

• who past an eye surgery and the post-surgery symptoms not passed yet.
• who have, an inflammation of the eye such as conjunctivitis, keratitis and anterior uveitis or if you cannot close your eye.
• Immediately after application of ointments, creams, lotions, etc.

Frequency of use

• 2-3 times a day but not more than 5 times with minimum interval of 4 hours.

Before using BMOIST:

• verify that that heating box and slider are not broken.
• charge the Power Bank (P.B). During charging the P.B, the incorporated red lamp is flashing. The P.B. is full charged when this red lamp stops flashing.

Directions for use

1. Without connecting to P.B, place the heating box on your glasses (Fig.2) by sliding the heating box onto the left or right eyeglass lens with red side directed to the eye.
2. Put the glasses on and verify that the heating box is below the eyebrows. If the red heating box is too high, push it down. After you placed the BMOIST in this manner on your glasses take them
off.
3. Clean the eyelid from makeup.
4. Connect the USB cable to the Power Bank. Verify that the red panel is illuminated it indicating that BMOIST is activated. (Fig. 3).
5. Close the treated eye and put on your glasses with BMOIST attached.
6.The session of each eye lasts about 5 minutes. When session ends, the red panel illumination will turn OFF, indicating that BMOIST is inactive.
7. To reactivate BMOIST reconnect it to the Power Bank.
8. Repeat the same procedure for the other eye if necessary. It is recommended to wait 5 minutes for the second eye sessions.
9.Once session ends, take off glasses, remove BMOIST, disconnect Power Bank and place all back in the carton box.

Cleaning information

To clean the red surface, use a small cloth with soap and water. Don’t use detergents such acids or alkalis or alcohol that can harm the eyelid. Do not use objects that could damage or scratch the red surface.

Caution

• It is forbidden to use BMOIST while charging the power bank!!
• Please report any serious incidents related to the device to both the manufacturer and the competent authority in your state.

Note

• BMOIST must be disconnected from Power Bank when not in use.
• Stop the session if you feel uncomfortable or if a change in BMOIST performance is observed!
• Use BMOIST to relax dry eyes only. Don`t use the BMOIST in a humid environment such as bath, rain heavy fog.
• Do not try to repair the device on your own.
• Do not give, sell, rent, or allow the use of your device to or by another person.
• Do not modify this device.
• Protect the device from high humidity and contact with liquids.
