Warranty Card
1. Warranty Period
The warranty for this product is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers improper functionality, material defects, and manufacturing defects that occur during normal use of the product.
3. Warranty Conditions
• The product must be used according to the user manual.
• Repairing BMOIST is prohibited.
• The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or damage caused by improper use, modifications, or repairs carried out by unauthorized persons.
4. Complaint Procedure
• Complaints with a description of the defect should be sent to the email address provided on the company’s website.
• The defective product should be sent to the company’s address provided on their website. The cost of shipping to the company is borne by the buyer. If the service center accepts the complaint, the company will send the repaired or new product at its own expense.
• The invoice number must be provided in the complaint.
5. The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., batteries).
• Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., fire, flood).
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
6. The warranty for the sold consumer goods does not exclude, limit, or suspend the buyer’s rights arising from the non-compliance of the goods with the contract.
